Hi, I'm Martha-Ann a seventy six year old woman from Yorkshire, England.
I'm a wife, mother and grandmother.
I love to walk and birdwatch...in fact anything to do with nature.
I like to garden and keep koi.
I take photographs incessantly and love to read, write and puzzle.
I also like crafty things like zentangles and embroidery.
I love the English language with its foibles and nuances and like to write poems and prose.
These little card and paper Christmas angels made by local primary school children adorn the windows at Burton Agnes Hall...they're so cute!
Arn't they charming....they remind me of the little items made by my boys at primary school.....some of which still decorate the tree today!
